حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَا ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

رَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَجَعَلْتُ أَنْظُرُ وَمَا مِنْهُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يَمِيدُ تَحْتَ حَجَفَتِهِ مِنَ النُّعَاسِ فَذَلِكَ قَوْلُهُ ﷻ {ثُمَّ أَنْزَلَ عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْغَمِّ أَمَنَةً نُعَاسًا يَغْشَى طَائِفَةً مِنْكُمْ} [آل عمران 154] الْآيَةُ

✧ I raised my head on the day of Uhud and began to look, and there was none among them but he was swaying under his shield from drowsiness. That is His saying, Exalted is He: {Then He sent down upon you, after distress, security—drowsiness overcoming a party of you} [Al Imran 154]—the verse.
