حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الْحَنَفِيُّ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا أَرَادَتْ

أَنْ تُعْتِقَ مَمْلُوكِينَ زَوْجًا فَسَأَلْتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «فَأَمَرَهَا أَنْ تَبْدَأَ بِالرَّجُلِ قَبْلَ الْمَرْأَةِ»
