✧ The Prophet ﷺ used to send me in his expeditions. One day he sent me, and there was a man who would ride. I said to him, 'Saddle up.' He said, 'I will not go out with you.' I said, 'Why?' He said, 'Until you give me three dinars.' I said, 'Now, after I have bid farewell to the Prophet ﷺ? I will not return to him. Saddle up, and you have three dinars.' When I returned from my expedition, I mentioned that to the Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ said, 'Give them to him, for it is his share of his expedition.'
