حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ وَأَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحَافِظُ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْكَرِيُّ ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ الْعُرَنِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «مَكَّةُ حَرَامٌ وَحَرَامٌ بَيْعُ رِبَاعِهَا وَحَرَامٌ أَجْرُ بُيُوتِهَا» قَدْ صَحَّتِ الرِّوَايَاتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ صُلْحًا فَمِنْهَاعبيد الله بن أبي زياد لين

Translation

  1. ʿAlī b. Ḥamshādh al-ʿAdl And ʾAbū Jaʿfar b. ʿUbayd al-Ḥāfiẓ
  2. Muḥammad b. al-Mughīrah al-Karī
  3. al-Qāsim b. al-Ḥakam al-ʿUranī
  4. Abū Ḥanīfah
  5. ʿUbaydullāh b. Abū Ziyād
  6. Ibn Abū Najīḥ
  7. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAmr

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Makkah is sacred, the sale of its properties is sacred, and the rent of its houses is sacred." The narrations are authentic that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ entered Makkah peacefully. Among them is Ubayd Allah ibn Abi Ziyad, who is weak.
