أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ح وأَخْبَرَنَا مُغِيرَةُ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا
«إِذَا شَهِدَ شَاهِدَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ جَازَ عَلَى جَمِيعِهِمْ وَإِذَا شَهِدَ وَاحِدٌ فَفِي نَصِيبِهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ»
