حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اسْتَأْذَنَ وَرَثَتَهُ
أَنْ يُوصِيَ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ فَأَذِنُوا لَهُ ثُمَّ رَجَعُوا فِيهِ بَعْدَ مَا مَاتَ فَسُئِلَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «هَذَا التَّكَرُّهُ لَا يَجُوزُ»
