حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُرِّ عَنْ الْحَكَمِ

«أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا قَتَلَ امْرَأَتَهُ خَطَأً أَنَّهُ يُمْنَعُ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ وَغَيْرِهِ»

Translation
