حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ
رَمَى رَجُلٌ أُمَّهُ بِحَجَرٍ فَقَتَلَهَا فَطَلَبَ مِيرَاثَهُ مِنْ إِخْوَتِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ إِخْوَتُهُ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَكَ فَارْتَفَعُوا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ

✧ A man threw a stone at his mother and killed her, then sought his inheritance from his brothers. His brothers said to him, 'You have no inheritance.' They went up to Ali, and he imposed the blood-money on him and excluded him from the inheritance.
