حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ
«إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ إِذَا كَانُوا عُدُولًا» وَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ «عَلَيْهِمَا فِي نَصِيبِهِمَا»
Translation

✧ If two of the heirs testify to a debt, it is from the entire estate if they are upright. Al-Sha'bi said, 'It is upon them in their portions.'
