حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
«إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ»
