حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ جُمَيْعٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ

«كَانَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ يُوَرِّثُ أَهْلَ الْمُرْتَدِّ إِذَا قُتِلَ»
