حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ
«الْعَقْلُ مِيرَاثٌ بَيْنَ وَرَثَةِ الْقَتِيلِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَفَرَائِضِهِ»
