حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ وَلَدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

«لَقَدْ ظَلَمَ مَنْ لَمْ يُوَرِّثِ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ»
