Translation

✧ "His inheritance belongs to his mother; the agnates of his mother pay blood money on his behalf."

• وقَالَ قَتَادَةُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ «لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ وَبَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ لِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ»
