حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ
فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ «لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ»
