✧ People became excessive in building during the time of Umar, so Umar said: 'O assembly of Arabs, the land, the land! Indeed there is no Islam except with a community, and no community except with leadership, and no leadership except with obedience. So whoever his people make a leader based on understanding, it is life for him and for them. And whoever his people make a leader without understanding, it is destruction for him and for them.'
