✧ 'Umar adjured the people about the ruling of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concerning the fetus, whereupon Hamal b. Malik b. al-Nabighah stood up and said: "I was between two wives of mine, and one of them struck the other with a tent pole, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled for her fetus a ghurrah and that she be killed for it."
