✧ Two women were married to one man, and they became jealous, so one of them struck the other with a tent pole and killed her and what was in her belly. They brought their dispute to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he ruled for the fetus a ghurrah (a slave, male or female) and made it the liability of the woman's 'aqilah (paternal relatives).
