أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ
وَافَقْتُ رَبِّي فِي ثَلَاثٍ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ لَوِ اتَّخَذْتَ مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ {وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى}
Translation

✧ I agreed with my Lord in three things. I said: O Messenger of Allah, if only you would take the station of Ibrahim as a place of prayer. Then Allah revealed: {And take the station of Ibrahim as a place of prayer.}
