حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ مِنْ أَذَانِ الصُّبْحِ وَبَدَا الصُّبْحُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُقَامَ الصَّلَاةُ»

✧ When the mu'adhdhin finished the adhan for the dawn prayer and the dawn broke, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray two light rak'ahs before the iqamah was given.
