Sunan ad-Darimi 1347

✧ The statement after raising the head from the bowing

أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا افْتَتَحَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ فَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَعَلَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ «سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ» وَلَا يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ فِي السُّجُودِ

Translation

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ began the prayer, he would raise his hands level with his shoulders. When he bowed, he did likewise, and when he raised his head from bowing, he did likewise and said, “Allah hears the one who praises Him. O Allah, our Lord, and to You belongs praise.” He did not do that in prostration.
