حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا عُمَرُ بْنُ هَارُونَ الْبَلْخِيُّ نا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمِقْدَامِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْحِمَارِ الْإِنْسِيِّ وَعَنْ خَيْلِهَا وَبِغَالِهَا

لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ صَالِحًا وَهَذَا إِسْنَادٌ مُضْطَرِبٌ وَقَالَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ لَا يَصِحُّ هَذَا لِأَنَّ خَالِدًا أَسْلَمَ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ خَيْبَرَ
