حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْغَافِرِ بْنُ سَلَامَةَ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حِمْيَرَ حَدَّثَنِي ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمِقْدَامِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَدَّهُ الْمِقْدَامَ يَقُولُ
أَقَمْتُ أَنَا وَبِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ رَجُلًا مِنْ قَوْمِي يَوْمَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةً لَمْ نَذُقْ طَعَامًا وَقَدْ رَبَطُوا بُرْذُونَةً لِيَذْبَحُوهَا فَأَتَيْتُ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ فَأَعْلَمْتُهُ الَّذِي كَانَ مِنَّا فِي أَمْرِ الْبِرْذُونَةِ فَقَالَ لَوْ ذَبَحُوهَا لَسُؤْتُكَ ثُمَّ قَالَ حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ أَمْوَالَ الْمُعَاهَدِينَ وَحُمُرَ الْإِنْسِ وَخَيْلَهَا وَبِغَالَهَا ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِمُدَّيْنِ أَوْ مُدٍّ مِنْ طَعَامٍ الشَّكُّ مِنْ يَحْيَى وَقَالَ إِذَا أَتَتْنَا سَرِيَّةٌ فَاطَّلَعْنَا لَمْ يَذْكُرْ أَبَاهُ
