نا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الْأَزْدِيُّ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِابْنِ ابْنَةِ كَعْبٍ نا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ نا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ نا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ نا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ ؓ

يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ مَالًا بِخَيْبَرَ لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا أَحَبَّ إِلَيَّ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ إِنْ شِئْتَ تَصَدَّقْتَ بِهِ وَأَمْسَكْتَ أَصْلَهُ قَالَ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهِ عُمَرُ عَلَى الْقُرْبَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ مِنْهُ مَالًا أَوْ مُتَأَثِّلٍ مِنْهُ مَالًا
