نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ وَقَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْجَدَّ يُقَاسِمُ الْإِخْوَةَ لِلْأَبِ وَالْأُمِّ مَا كَانَتْ
