ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ نا أَبُو عَامِرٍ نا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ سُئِلَ الْقَاسِمُ عَنْ عِدَّةِ الْأَمَةِ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ يَقُولُونَ حَيْضَتَانِ وَإِنَّا لَا نَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ أَوْ قَالَ لَا نَجِدُ ذَلِكَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ

وَلَا فِي سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ وَسَالِمٍ قَالَا لَيْسَ هَذَا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَلَا فِي سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَلَكِنْ عَمَلَ بِهِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ
