نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ سُئِلَ الْقَاسِمُ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ كَمْ تُطَلَّقُ قَالَ طَلَاقُهَا اثْنَتَانِ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ قَالَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ أَبَلَغَكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَا قَالَ لَا
