نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ نا الرَّبِيعُ نا الشَّافِعِيُّ نا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

إِذَا طَلَّقَ الْعَبْدُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثِنْتَيْنِ فَقَدْ حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ حُرَّةً كَانَتْ أَوْ أَمَةً عِدَّةُ الْحُرَّةِ ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ وَعِدَّةُ الْأَمَةِ حَيْضَتَانِ

Translation

✧ If a slave divorces his wife twice, she becomes forbidden to him until she marries another husband, whether she is free or a slave. The waiting period of a free woman is three menstrual cycles, and the waiting period of a slave woman is two menstrual cycles.
