نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا إِسْحَاقُ
بْنُ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عِيسَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ نا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ الصَّدَفِيُّ نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ عَنْ عِصْمَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ جَاءَ مَمْلُوكٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ مَوْلَايَ زَوَّجَنِي وَهُوَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِي قَالَ فَصَعِدَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا الطَّلَاقُ لِمَنْ أَخَذَ بِالسَّاقِ
