نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْجُوزِيُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ مَرْدَوَيْهِ نا قَزَعَةُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ نا زَكَرِيَّا وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ جَمِيعًا عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ
