نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ

يَنْكِحُ الْعَبْدُ امْرَأَتَيْنِ وَيُطَلِّقُ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ وَتَعْتَدُّ الْأَمَةُ حَيْضَتَيْنِ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَحِضْ فَشَهْرَيْنِ أَوْ شَهْرًا وَنِصْفًا

✧ A slave may marry two women and may divorce twice. A slave woman's waiting period is two menstrual cycles; if she does not menstruate, then two months or a month and a half.
