حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ

أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَابْنَتِهَا مِنْ مِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ هَلْ تُوطَأُ إِحْدَاهُمَا بَعْدَ الْأُخْرَى فَقَالَ عُمَرُ إِنِّي لَا أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُجِيزَهَا جَمِيعًا وَنَهَاهُ
