نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَكِيمٍ نا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَالَ
لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ فَمَنْ نَكَحَ أَوْ أَنْكَحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ وَلِيٍّ فَنِكَاحُهُ بَاطِلٌ
