نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْهَيْثَمِ الْبَزَّازُ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمَطِيرِيُّ قَالَا نا عِيسَى بْنُ أَبِي حَرْبٍ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ نا عَدِيُّ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ وَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ أَنْكَحَهَا وَلِيُّ مَسْخُوطٌ عَلَيْهِ فَنِكَاحُهَا بَاطِلٌ
