نا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ صَاعِدٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ حَدَّثَكُمْ بُنْدَارٌ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ نا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ زَعَمَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ جَعَلَ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافٍ وَالْمَجُوسِيِّ ثَمَانِمِائَةٍ قَالَ سَعِيدٌ قُلْتُ لِلْحَكَمِ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ لَا وَلَوْ شِئْتُ لَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتٌ الْحَدَّادُ فَلَقِيتُ ثَابِتًا الْحَدَّادَ
