نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ نا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَبْدُوسَ نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ نا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؓ كَانَا لَا يَقْتُلَانِ الْحُرَّ بِقَتْلِ الْعَبْدِ
