نا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَبُو السَّائِبِ سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ نا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ

مِنَ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ مُؤْمِنٌ بِكَافِرٍ وَمِنَ السُّنَّةِ أَنْ لَا يُقْتَلَ حُرٌّ بِعَبْدٍ
