ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ أنا أَبُو عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي حَدَّثَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ شُعَيْبًا يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ ابْتَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَيْعَةً فَإِنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا مِنْ مَكَانِهِمَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ صَفْقَةَ خِيَارٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ أَنْ يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ مَخَافَةَ أَنْ يَقْبَلَهُ
