حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ التُّبَّعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ ثنا الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ
اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا مَعَهُ فَقَصَرَ وَأَتْمَمْتُ الصَّلَاةَ وَأَفْطَرَ وَصُمْتُ فَلَمَّا دَنَوْتُ إِلَى مَكَّةَ قُلْتُ بِأَبِي أَنْتَ وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَصَرْتَ وَأَتْمَمْتُ وَأَفْطَرْتَ وَصُمْتُ فَقَالَ أَحْسَنْتِ يَا عَائِشَةُ وَمَا عَابَهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ الْأَوَّلُ مُتَّصِلٌ وَهُوَ إِسْنَادٌ حَسَنٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ عَائِشَةَ وَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا وَهُوَ مُرَاهِقٌ وَهُوَ مَعَ أَبِيهِ وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْهَا

العلاء بن زهير قال فيه ابن حبان يروي عن الثقات ما لا يشبه حديث الأثبات فبطل الاحتجاج به كذا قال في كتاب الضعفاء وذكره في كتاب الثقات أيضا فتناقض كلامه فيه
