حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْبَاقِي بْنُ قَانِعٍ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الصَّوَّافُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَزِيعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

لَيْسَ فِي مَالِ الْمُكَاتَبِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يُعْتَقَ
