Sahih al-Bukhari 6536

Translation

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever is subjected to a detailed accounting will be punished." She said, "I asked, 'Does Allah ﷻ not say, "He will receive an easy reckoning"?'" He said: "That is the presentation."

• Amr b. Ali narrated to me: Yahya narrated to us from Uthman ibn al-Aswad: I heard Ibn Abi Mulaykah say: I heard Aishah ᴿᴬ say, "I heard the Prophet ﷺ narrate the same." Ibn Jurayj, Muhammad ibn Sulaym, Ayyub, and Salih ibn Rustum also corroborated him, narrating from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from Aishah, from the Prophet ﷺ.

• حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الأَسْوَدِ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ. وَتَابَعَهُ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، وَأَيُّوبُ، وَصَالِحُ بْنُ رُسْتُمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ.
