حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ وَهْوَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ أَلاَ إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَا هُنَا يُشِيرُ إِلَى الْمَشْرِقِ مِنْ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ
Translation

I heard Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the pulpit saying, "Verily, afflictions (will start) from here," pointing towards the east, "whence the side of the head of Satan comes out."
