✧ Al-Qaʿnabī narrated to us, ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Muḥammad narrated to us, from al-ʿAlāʾ, from his father, from Abū Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Faith is Yemeni, and disbelief is toward the east; tranquility is among the people of sheep, and pride and ostentation are among the loud-voiced owners of horses and camels. The Messiah will come until when he passes Uḥud, the angels will turn his face toward Syria, and there he will perish.”
