The servant gets a reward for giving charity when ordered by the owner

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
«الْخَازِنُ الْمُسْلِمُ الأَمِينُ الَّذِي يُنْفِذُ»، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: «يُعْطِي مَا أُمِرَ بِهِ كَامِلاً مُوَفَّرًا طَيِّبٌ بِهِ نَفْسُهُ فَيَدْفَعُهُ إِلَى الَّذِي أُمِرَ لَهُ بِهِ أَحَدُ الْمُتَصَدِّقَيْنِ».

from the Prophet ﷺ who said: “The trustworthy Muslim treasurer who carries out ˹what he is commanded˺,” or perhaps said: “who gives what he has been ordered to give, fully and in abundance, willingly, and then hands it over to the one for whom he was commanded, he is one of the two who give charity.”
