حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ السِّجِسْتَانِيُّ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ سَيَّارٍ قَالَا: نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ قَالَ: نَا نَافِعُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ بَدَوِيٍّ عَلَى صَاحِبِ قَرْيَةٍ
