حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ قَالَ: نَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

لَا يَزْنِي الزَّانِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَسْرِقُ السَّارِقُ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ، وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ حِينَ يَنْتَهِبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ

✧ The adulterer does not commit adultery while he is a believer, and the thief does not steal while he is a believer, and the one who drinks wine does not drink it while he is a believer, and the one who plunders a valuable plunder does not plunder it while he is a believer.
