حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مِسْكِينِ بْنِ نُمَيْلَةَ قَالَ: نَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ قَالَ: نَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
لَا تُنْكَحُ الثَّيِّبُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْمَرَ، وَلَا تُنْكَحُ الْبِكْرُ حَتَّى تُسْتَأْذَنَ، قَالُوا: وَكَيْفَ إِذْنُهَا ؟ قَالَ: الصَّمْتُ
