✧ What Sa'id b. al-Musayyib narrated from Abu Hurayra

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: نَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ الْعَنَزِيُّ، قَالَ: نَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

لِلْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ خَمْسٌ: التَّسْلِيمُ إِذَا لَقِيَهُ، وَعِيَادَةُ الْمَرِيضِ، وَاتِّبَاعُ الْجَنَائِزِ، وَإِجَابَةُ الدَّعْوَةِ، وَتَشْمِيتُ الْعَاطِسِ

✧ A Muslim has five duties toward another Muslim: returning the greeting of peace when he meets him, visiting the sick, following funeral processions, accepting invitations, and responding to the one who sneezes.
