وَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، نَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجُدِّيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمَوَالِي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:

مَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ صَرَفَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنْوَاعًا مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ: الْجُنُونَ وَالْجُذَامَ وَالْبَرَصَ - قَالَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ الْجُدِّيُّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: كَفَّ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنْوَاعًا مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ: الْجُذَامَ وَالْبَرَصَ وَخَنْقَ الشَّيْطَانِ - وَمَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ خَمْسِينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ لَيَّنَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْحِسَابَ- وَقَالَ أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ: هَوَّنَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ الْحِسَابَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ- وَمَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ رَزَقَهُ اللهُ الْإِنَابَةَ إِلَيْهِ بِمَا يُحِبُّ اللهُ- وَقَالَ أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ: رَزَقَهُ اللهُ حُسْنَ الْإِنَابَةِ إِلَيْهِ- وَمَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ سَبْعِينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ أَحَبَّهُ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ وَأَهْلُ الْأَرْضِ، وَمَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ ثَمَانِينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ مَحَا اللهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَكَتَبَ حَسَنَاتِهِ- وَقَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: كُتِبَتْ حَسَنَاتُهُ وَلَمْ تُكْتَبْ سَيِّئَاتُهُ- وَمَنْ عَمَّرَهُ اللهُ تِسْعِينَ سَنَةً فِي الْإِسْلَامِ غَفَرَ اللهُ لَهُ ذُنُوبَهُ وَكَانَ أَسِيرَ اللهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ، وَشَفِيعًا لِأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ - وَقَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ: كَانَ أَسِيرَ اللهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ، وَشُفِّعَ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ

✧ Whoever Allah, Blessed and Exalted, grants a lifespan of forty years in Islam, Allah diverts from him various kinds of affliction: insanity, leprosy, and vitiligo. Abdul Malik al-Juddi said in his version: Allah withholds from him various kinds of affliction: leprosy, vitiligo, and the strangling of Satan. And whoever Allah grants a lifespan of fifty years in Islam, Allah makes the reckoning gentle for him. Abu Damrah said: Allah makes the reckoning easy for him on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever Allah grants a lifespan of sixty years in Islam, Allah grants him turning to Him in repentance with what Allah loves. Abu Damrah said: Allah grants him excellent turning to Him. And whoever Allah grants a lifespan of seventy years in Islam, the inhabitants of heaven and the inhabitants of earth love him. And whoever Allah grants a lifespan of eighty years in Islam, Allah erases his evil deeds and records his good deeds. Anas b. Iyad said in his version: His good deeds are recorded and his evil deeds are not recorded. And whoever Allah grants a lifespan of ninety years in Islam, Allah forgives him his sins, and he becomes a prisoner of Allah on His earth and an intercessor for his household on the Day of Resurrection. Anas b. Iyad said: He is a prisoner of Allah on His earth and intercedes for his household.
