حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، قَالَ: نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شَيْبَانُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شَبِيبُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ الْكَلَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ النِّمْرَانِ أَنَّ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا مِنْ أَرْضِ الْجِزْيَةِ، فَجَعَلَهَا فِي رَقَبَتِهِ فَقَدْ وَلَّى الْإِسْلَامَ ظَهْرَهُ
